What data we use and why

• Enquiries: the contact details and information you send through the form or by email allow us to reply. The legal basis is your consent and, when you request information before purchasing a service, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Purchases and gift vouchers: we use the identification, contact, billing, delivery and order details needed to process your purchase and provide the contracted service. The legal bases are performance of the contract and compliance with tax and accounting obligations. For gift vouchers, we also use the recipient’s name and email supplied by the purchaser to arrange delivery.
• Reservations: the information you enter in the booking system is used to manage your request and related communications. The legal basis is handling your request and the contractual relationship. The website integrates CoverManager’s booking service.
• Browsing: the website uses necessary technologies to maintain sessions, remember the language, manage the basket and save cookie choices. Optional analytics and order-source measurement cookies are managed through the consent panel.

Required fields are identified in each form. Without the necessary information, we may be unable to reply, manage a reservation or complete an order. Please provide only relevant information. If you buy a gift for someone else, inform the recipient about the use of their data and this policy.

Services involved

Website hosting and maintenance, email, order management and delivery providers help us supply these services. Stripe is involved in payment processing and fraud prevention; CoverManager is involved in reservations. Data may be disclosed to public bodies and authorities where legally required.

The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and may display YouTube content. These services and external modules may receive technical information from your browser. Their use is explained in the cookie policy. Do not enter card details in the contact form: use the designated payment process.

Some providers operate internationally. Information about their processing and international transfers is available in the policies of Google, Stripe and CoverManager. How long data is kept

Data is kept for as long as needed to answer an enquiry, manage a reservation or fulfil the purchase relationship. Afterwards, records required by law or needed to address liabilities are retained for the applicable periods, with restricted access. Cookie lifetimes are described in the separate cookie policy. Withdrawing consent does not require the deletion of information that must be retained on another legal basis.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing, by writing to saizar@sidrassaizar.com or the address above. State the right you wish to exercise and provide the information needed to locate your request. Additional identification will only be requested where necessary to verify your identity.
